We want your Sweeties to arrive fresh, fabulous and ready to devour. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery.

Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, launches and special promotions, processing may take a little longer.

UK Delivery
We ship throughout the UK using Royal Mail.

• Standard UK delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

International Delivery
International delivery availability, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply to international orders.

Packaging
Every Sweeties order is packed with care to help keep your sweets fresh and protected on their journey to you.

Tracking
Where tracking is included with your chosen delivery service, you'll receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Missing Orders
Occasionally, deliveries can be delayed once they've left us. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we'll help you look into it.
