If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please get in touch via our contact form or and we’ll make it right hello@ilovesweeties.co.uk
Where a replacement is required, we’ll replace the item with the same product originally ordered
When contacting us, please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- A photo of the item where relevant

Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days of being placed — and often sooner
Once your Sweeties are on their way, we'll send you a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where applicable
During launches, promotions and especially busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer
