Standard tracked delivery is £3.99 via Royal Mail.

• a photo of the damaged, defective or incorrect item

Where a replacement is required, we’ll replace the item with the same product originally ordered.

During launches, promotions and especially busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Returns & Problems With Your Order

Because Sweeties sells food products, we're unable to accept returns simply because you've changed your mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or there is another problem with your order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • A photo of the item where relevant

Where a replacement is appropriate, we'll usually replace the affected item with the same product originally ordered.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

As soon as you've placed your order, you will receive an email conformation. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with tracking information

Yes we do! We ship with Royal Mail and DPD

Due to the perishable nature of the product we do not accept returns. If for any reason your order has been damaged or wrong items have been sent we will replace them

Please note we use shared equipment and therefore cannot guarantee that products may suffer cross contamination with other products that contain allergens.
